The Story of Soiree — Muskego’s Wine Bar

A room that feels
like an occasion

  • The Beginning

We wanted somewhere that felt warm the moment you walked in.

Soiree began with a simple idea — a candlelit room where good wine, slow cocktails, and good company could quietly slow the evening down.

An established wine bar and private-party venue, Soiree is newly relocated to Muskego, Wisconsin. The room draws its character from warm black walls, brushed brass and gold, and the steady flicker of candlelight — elevated and swanky, yet genuinely welcoming.

Every pour arrives with a little something to nibble, and every guest is treated like a regular. It’s the kind of place you settle into — and stay a while.

What We Pour & Plate

Five ways to spend an evening

Natural wines by the glass, slow-built cocktails, stemmed martinis, considered zero-proof pours, and little nibbles to share.

What Guides Us

I

Candlelit Calm

A low-lit, zen room where the lighting does the talking and the evening slows to your pace.

II

Quietly Elevated

Brushed brass, considered glassware, and a list that rewards curiosity — swanky, never stuffy.

III

Genuinely Warm

A complimentary nibble with every pour, and a team that makes every guest feel like a regular.

A Note from Nicole

I wanted to build the kind of place I’d want to end my own evening in — low light, a good pour, and no reason at all to hurry.
